You will have access to room 30 mins prior and up to 30 mins after your 2hr event
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled event date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 16–29 days prior to the scheduled event date will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 4–15 days prior to the scheduled event date will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled event date will be charged the full minimum contracted spend as outlined in the event agreement. No-Show Policy Failure to cancel or failure to attend the scheduled event authorizes Neon Cactus to charge the card on file for the full minimum contracted spend stated in the contract.
